Mission:
 
The primary role of a Solution Sales Specialist is to work collaboratively with the direct sales team, clients & partners to provide support for all presales solution aspects of the sales cycle. Job requirements include but are not limited to the following activities: Requirement study, RFI/RFP preparation, opportunity support, Proposal support, Demo/ PoC support.

 
What you’ll do:
 
  • Be involved in Pre-sales activities, promoting company’s products and services and acting as a solution evangelist.
  • Analyzing customer need, designing solutions and negotiations for the orders
  • Provide various Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Define logical workflow and design network diagram for public Cloud.
  • Act as trusted solution architect to Enterprise clients to support cloud adoption. Consult and collaborate closely with clients to ensure successful adoption of cloud initiatives.
  • Identify cloud technologies & provide best-suited cloud solution to the customer based on the requirement.
  • Design solutions based on end-customer requirements and deliver predefined ROI
  • Help product teams to launch new value-added products & services related to Cloud product portfolio.
  • Preparing Solution containing Design Document, Scope of Work, Architecture, Bill of Material of cloud/IT hardware and Managed Services
  • Design and demonstrate customized cloud solutions & services that address customer needs and showcase Noventiq's overall value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Services, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solutions design and delivery of security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience on migrating Servers, DBs, storage etc. on public cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About you: 
  • Familiarity and understanding of cloud-oriented practices and approaches including PaaS, Hybrid cloud, migration and modernization of applications using cloud, Big Data and Compute.
  • Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies, specifically solutions related to new internal LOB apps and external facing apps, migration to cloud, Hybrid cloud, and datacenter infrastructure modernization.
  • 3+ years of experience developing high-performing enterprise application platform sales teams and a proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets in areas involving cloud application development, application portfolio modernization, cloud application migration, datacenter modernization.
  • Successful management of mid to large-scale, complex deals. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others.
  • Relevant experience in building Proof of Concept (PoCs), deployment and technical support of cloud solutions
  • Excellent technical, communication and organizational skills
