What you'll do:
- Townhall Event Coordination: Assist in coordination, and execution of townhall events, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Collaborate with regional HRs to gather employee content, feedback and questions ensuring alignment with communication objectives.
- Delivery of recognition certificates to employees.
- Email Distribution: Manage the distribution of internal emails, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of important communications to employees.
- Work closely with global internal communications lead to maintain consistent messaging across all internal communication channels.
Communication Channels Maintenance:
- Maintain and update communication channels, including Glassdoor, Indeed, Viva Engage, and distribution lists.
- Monitor feedback and inquiries received through these channels and provide timely responses with ORM (online response management)
Visual Content Creation:
- Support in the creation of visual content, such as certificates and graphics, to enhance the visual appeal of internal communications aligned with Noventiq's branding and communication standards.
- Collaborate with Regional HR teams/SPOC to ensure deliverables and communications are met in all channels effectively.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including but not limited to email systems and engagement platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills for creating visual content.
