We’re looking for IT Account Manager to work for Noventiq Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Sales team. 

Job Overview: This role will be working with various client segments such as large enterprises & mid-market and shall bring a strong customer base to the organization. Would be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.  

  

What you’ll do: 

  • Achieve/ exceed sales targets
  • Develops effective and specific account plans for the assigned territory to ensure revenue/GP target delivery and sustainable growth. Develops relationship with new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through the organization.
  • Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value. Builds a strong network and foundation to harvest future business opportunities
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, and technology strategy landscape.
  • Lead accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address customers' and prospects priorities on Microsoft solutions
  • Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline
  • Proficient in and bringing all Microsoft solutions on offer to bear on sales pursuits
  • Advance and close sales opportunities.
  • Team player and positively orchestrate resources – deploy appropriate teams to execute winning sales
  • Understand and effectively position Softline against the competition
  • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

  

Knowledge and skills:   

  • Account management experience / Direct Sales in Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare, Citrix and Trend Micro products or related areas in Cloud.
  • Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT Infrastructure Solutions 
  • Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies. 
  • Excellent presentation skills and communicate clearly in writing;  
  • Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets. 
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Required Skill(s): account management, direct sales, licensing, sales, Microsoft 
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
