We’re looking for Compensation Analyst to bring your talent to Noventiq Malysia. You’ll be a part of our Human Resources team.  

Job overview: You’ll support C&B tasks for Compensation and Benefits Manager in APAC region.  

What you’ll do:  

  • Review and track the variations on people cost versus the budget
  • Prepare the people cost outlook review for each quarter
  • Guarantee the proper allocations of headcount
  • Support the quarterly bonus calculation in terms of communication after approvals
  • Support the bamboo updates for employees
  • Prepare people cost analysis to support de decision-making process
  • Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses

About you:  

  • More than 1 year in similar roles
  • Bachelor of Business Management Degree or relevant majors
  • English advanced level,
  • Microsoft Office suite skills as Word, Excel, PowerPoints, Power BI,…
  • Time management and suiskills
