We’re looking for Corporate Counsel to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Finance team.

What you’ll do:

• Reports to the Head of Legal (APAC) and serve as focal point of contact on all legal and compliance matters in Vietnam.
• Review, draft and advise on all types of commercial agreements, legal documents and M&A documents.
• Provide strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on all legal and general compliance matters.
• Managing the appointment and progress of appointed external lawyer for litigation cases and/or other corporate matters.
• Implementing legal and/or compliance processes/policies introduced by Parent Company that befits Vietnam’s business culture.
• Custodian and proper management of executed contracts with Vendors, customers and/or other 3rd parties.
• Assist in other legal matters within APAC region, as and when requested.
• Any other matters that is relevant to the position of Corporate Counsel.

About you:

• Post Qualified Experience: 5+ years
• Degree in Law from a recognized university
• Qualified lawyer in Vietnam will be an added advantage
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, other languages within ASEAN region would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese legal, compliance and business culture
