The Noventiq team in Romania is looking for an energetic, ambitious, sales and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales activities and expand the market in Romania. The primary purpose of the role will be establishing new relationships with local B2B customers, maintain existing ones to maximize revenue and identify new opportunities for product expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Engage with existing and prospective customers on software sales, cloud services, and license agreements.
  • Participate in the bidding processes to ensure continuous business and partnership creations.
  • Engages in market analysis and actively participates in marketing initiatives to enhance the company's positioning.
  • Prepare sales project calculations and price offers to customers.
  • Monitors the administrative procedures related to billing and product/service delivery, ensuring that commitments and payments are fulfilled.
  • Serve as the contact point for customers and internal teams.
  • Provide updates to the management team on your pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Provide Sales Excellence; Fulfil the CRM system.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience in the bidding process and/or complete sales cycle processes (pre-sales, sales, aftersales).
  • Experience in appointing and conducting face-to-face meetings with new c-level customers.
  • Knowledge of IT and Cloud technology.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
