The Main Purpose Of This Job:

Project Manager will be managing the relevant customer projects for Softline.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE –

• Experience of managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large and complex projects
• Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
• Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
• Experience in delivery that includes the use of supplier and off-shore resources
• Management skills to manage one or more large, complex Work stream
• IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all project phases plan, initiate, elaborate, design, build, test,
• Extensive knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques g. RAIDS, budget, communication.
• Strong team working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (includes negotiation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing
• Leader in the use of IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management
• Team management
• Good exposure of Microsoft infra application knowledge and project deployment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of 4-8 years project Manager
• Strong background working with Microsoft
• effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills.
