Now we’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to Noventiq. You’ll be a part of our Marketing Team of Brazil to field activity in LATAM. 
Mission:
As a Marketing Analyst, your mission is to play a key role in the developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing activities. You will be responsible for executing strategies that drive to identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Responsibilities:
  • Create, produce, update and/or support the design marketing material with local or regional suppliers to execute orders from internal team and/or campaigns as appropriate, always looking for time and budget optimization.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns/ activities through the use of delivery mechanisms that include but are not limited to: events, direct email, mass email, webinars, social media, live streaming, among others.
  • Provide support for the social media strategy periodically reviewing the content plan with the main goal to increase the ecosystem of current and potential customers and position the company, services and solutions.
  • Suppliers Management: Ensure good management of suppliers for internal requests such as: merchandising, catering, events, business cards, among others, always looking for budget optimization.
  • Ensure that all leads generated from any marketing activity are recorded in CRM in order to be able to maintain a regular measurement of the follow-up of leads by the sales team and the result that the activity brings to each subsidiary.
  • Working hand in hand with Marketing Partner Specialist and BDMs to obtain investment from different vendors-distributors to execute co-branding and co-funding activities.
  • Collect all the information corresponding to POEs in order to collect as soon as possible the funds as agreed with the vendor or distributors.
  • Keep record of all marketing activities including metrics, ROI, insights and recommendations for action plans.
Profile requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • English: Intermediate level
  • Spanish: Conversational level
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a self-driven, fast-paced, challenging and changing environment.
  • Proven analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investments
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking

Experience required:

  • +4 years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Degree or related
