Job Overview: 
Service Delivery Specialist will work in services delivery role for customers managing the design and delivery of Cloud and/or Mobility solutions.Must have strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture knowledge, and must be skilful in developing enterprise level software and infrastructure solution.This role is highly customer focused, requires ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization. 
What you'll do: 
  • Must have worked on delivery projects for Microsoft Azure and On-Premise products which used for Azure Hybrid solutions
  • Initiating the design, development and implementation of service levels required to increase
    customer satisfaction and resolve business process issues for the identified accounts.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery /Project Delivery.
  • Ensures the success of deployments to customer, managing the planning and execution of contractual obligations
  • May be involved to provide input to develop solution offerings to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in the architecture for client solutions and assist with client proposals and engage in project planning and solutions for the client.
  • Working with pre-sales team to build a roadmap for every project.
  • Should have good communication skills for the above-mentioned workloads.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot on the above-mentioned Azure services
  • Co-ordinate with customers for better understanding of solution deployment (above mentioned
    services)
About You: 
  •  A minimum of 2-3 years project delivery experience in (Azure).
  • Should have good amount of knowledge on cloud computing, Public Clouds.
  • Should have worked on any of the Should have worked on below Azure Services: Azure Subscriptions and how it works, Customer contract (EA, CSP, PAYG), Azure Active Directory, Windows OS Manageability (Basic), Linux OS – understanding and manageability (Basic), Azure Resources, RGS and its structure, Azure Console(thoroughly), Azure RBAC and Activity Logs, Azure Virtual Machines and Market Place VMs, Azure SQL Server and its manageability (basic), Azure Virtual Machine Scale Sets, Azure Availability Set, Azure Managed disks, Snapshots and its workaround and usage, Azure Images and its usage.
  • Basic knowledge on Azure Cloud Service(Classic), Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Storage Explorer, Azure Virtual Network and Subnets (End to End), Basic Knowledge on VWAN
  • VPN Gateway i.e., S2S, P2S and Express Route, Route Tables, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure DNS Zones, Azure Backup and Site Recovery, Basic knowledge on ARM templates, Azure Migrations: DC Migrations, RG Migrations, Azure Monitor
  • Azure Alerts and Log Analytics
  • Azure Security Center.
  • On Premise to Azure Connectivity
  • Basic understanding and hands on experience on configuration of PaaS Services
  • App Services, Azure Functions, SQL Database, SQL MI
  • Should be able to prepare project related documents such as Project Plan & SOP.
  • Should have good communication skills for the above-mentioned workloads
  • Should be able to troubleshoot on the above-mentioned Azure services.
  • Co-ordinate with customers for better understanding of solution deployment (above mentioned
    services).
  • Resource to report to client place on daily basis.
  • Good verbal & written communication skill.
