Now we’re looking for Marketing Lead to bring your talent to Noventiq. You’ll be a part of our Marketing Department. 
 
What you’ll do:
  • Be a regional post for Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Plan, execute and optimize the regional marketing plan prioritizing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generation that supports the regional and in-country sales strategy and target.
  • Support the APAC Marketing Lead and Country General Managers to ensure smooth execution of the Marketing plan - planning, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Position the company brand and image as a leading IT and cybersecurity solutions provider in the IT industry through PR and marketing activities.
  • Manage team, collaborate with the HQ & Regional team, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, agencies for the day-to-day task.
  • Oversees and manages digital marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
  • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Govern and manage company’s data - consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information for presentation and reporting.
  • Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Understanding of the IT industry, company, products, and solutions.
 
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a relevant field is a strong advantage.
  • A Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand/ product management/ marketing in the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • A Good Leader, Team player, An Adapter, Results-oriented, Data-driven personnel.
  • Resourceful, Adaptive, Analyzing Information, Reporting, Written & Communications skills
  • Good communication and writing skills in English
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
