Now we’re looking for a Recruiter, you’ll be a part of our Global HR team.
What you’ll do:
- Utilise available sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality talent
- First stage sourcing to identify candidate suitability for key strategic roles
- Building good knowledge of the tech industry and developing a strong network/presence
- Running social media campaigns to attract talent and maintaining regular contact
- Ensure company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed by checking compliance documents before hiring.
- Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is used effectively, is kept up to date and the applicant flow is smooth and efficient.
- Creating and managing talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Talent Acquisition Partners
About you:
- Previous experience within resourcing/recruitment ideally from a recruitment agency background/tech industry
- Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent and work up quick and engaging conversations
- Solid communication skills
- Fluent English
