Northwest Center is looking for a Team Manager for our Employment Services team serving clients in the North Puget Sound region from Shoreline up to Everett

The Team Manager will lead and support a team of Direct Service professionals by developing key relationships with community partners and overseeing the department budget. Our ideal candidate will provide exemplary customer service, lead and inspire their team by example, and can effectively build and maintain relationships. We are looking for individuals who are able to stay organized and value working in an environment that prioritizes equity, diversity, and inclusion. 


Schedule
: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Everett, WA 

Salary: $50k - $60k DOE

Essential Functions:

  • Provide day-to-day management of the team such as managing caseloads, professional staff development, conducting staff performance reviews, and more
  • Schedule support for coaching services daily and strategies for coverage
  • Train team members, employers, and community members
  • Provide job coaching services as needed
  • Contract management for designated sites/contracts and contract compliance oversight
  • Build, understand and manage the health of the client support network, employer, community partner relationships
  • Educate employers in the supervision, training, communication, and support of the individual
  • Build and manage the team budget for the fiscal year and forecast fiscal changes monthly

Required Experience:

  • BA degree with specific college courses in the human services field OR a combination of education and experience which provides the employee with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job at the required level
  • Work history in the field of human services/social work with an increasing leadership management experience 
  • Familiarity with the following accreditation systems; CARF, DDA/DD, DVR preferred
