Northwest Center is looking for our next Grounds Worker!

We are Integrated Facilities Services (IFS), a world-class janitorial and building services operation and part of Northwest Center, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for people with disabilities and advancing equal opportunities in education and employment.

We are seeking our next Grounds Worker on Everett Naval Base. This full-time role offers flexibility, competitive pay and benefits, and advancement opportunities. As a Grounds Worker, you will work on a team performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and operating power equipment.

Location: Everett, WA 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Wage Range: $19.01 - $24.00 per hour 

Additional Compensations: $4.23 Per Hour Health & Welfare

 Requirements:

  • Work experience in landscape maintenance is preferred
  • The ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Able to lift & carry up to 50lbs  on a regular basis   
  • Punctual with Good Attendance
  • The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Acceptable 5-year driving record
