Argus Janitorial is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Location: Tri-Cities
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 a year PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION

Responsibilities:
*Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Janitorial services
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Presenting our services in a compelling manner
*Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
*Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the facilities services industry
*Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentative skills
*Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Clean driving record for the past 3 years
