Position Summary:

 

The Sales Enablement team, as part of the overall Marketing team, implements strategies, tools and processes that align sales, marketing, and product management to improve the efficiency, performance and effectiveness of both the sales and marketing team. The team is responsible for enabling brand plans while designing customer facing strategies and programs to drive engagement, loyalty and overall sales.

As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and improving all contractor and distributor marketing programs. This includes, but is not limited to, rebates, co-op, and our contractor marketing program. As part of the sales enablement team, you will work with key stakeholders to develop and execute programs that enable contractors and distributors to better market, distribute and sell NGH products. You will be responsible for conducting analysis and research to make sure our programs adhere to industry best practices and are easy to use. Additionally, you will be critical in marketing our programs to our customers to increase engagement and improve their overall experience.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and improve contractor and distributor programs.
    • Develop new programs that drive conversion and loyalty to our brands.
    • Manage the end-to-end marketing program activities which includes program administration and reporting for co-op, conversion and loyalty programs, rebates, and promotions.
    • Monitor, analyze and report on program usage to key stakeholders. Make recommendations and implement changes based on results, customer, and key stakeholder feedback. Identify issues and opportunities and make recommendations to Marketing Manager.
  • Provide ongoing marketing program support and training to distributors which includes developing collateral and other training materials. Participate in contractor training as needed.
  • Look for and act on opportunities to promote programs to contractors and distributors that develop brand loyalty, drive revenue growth, and increase engagement in NGH programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive marketing program benchmarks in partnership with sales and identify ways to optimize our programs for growth.
  • Lead and maintain formal marketing onboarding program for new distributors and continually optimize the journey as we grow.
  • Partner with brand and sales on an ongoing basis to maintain the distributor portal.
  • Lead annual customer program review and share with key stakeholders. Leverage the data and insights to aid in development of the annual marketing plan.
  • Plan, manage and deliver in-person events, including tradeshows, educational events, and conferences.
  • Support other marketing efforts and projects as needed.

 

 

Position Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Experience in data analytics; ability to translate data into a story
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a service mindset and willing to assist with projects that might fall outside of defined role and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with or without accommodation. Comfortable presenting in small and large group settings.
  • Some travel required: <20%

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4 or more years of relevant marketing experience
