Position Title: Sales Enablement Analyst

Position Summary:

 

The Sales Enablement team, as part of the overall Marketing team, implements strategies, tools and processes that align sales, marketing, and product management to improve the efficiency, performance and effectiveness of both the sales and marketing team. The team is responsible for enabling brand plans while designing customer facing strategies and programs to drive engagement, loyalty and overall sales.

As the Sales Enablement Analyst, you will provide valuable analysis and actionable insights that will be used to develop plans and playbooks that drive sales growth. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative sales and marketing data, identify trends, understand and monitor market and competitive dynamics, and ultimately present/recommend actions to the sales and marketing team to capitalize on business opportunities. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop measurable KPI metrics, support strategic marketing initiatives, drive sales focus, and promote selling opportunities. 

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor with the team(s), mainly sales, finance, marketing and customer experience.
  • Leverage internal and external data sources to identify and develop account targeting plans that provide team with clear, specific customer targets by product category/segment/market.
  • Develop brand playbooks that identify white space opportunities and strategies to capitalize on them and tools needed to be successful.
  • Recognize and communicate patterns and data-driven insights. Analyze brand, competitive, channel and customer dynamics to uncover insights and recommend actions to guide business performance.
  • Explore, source, and recommend third-party data acquisition to assist the organization with market analytics, business case development, etc.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, sales enablement, and lead and demand generation across paid media and Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track success of marketing and playbook initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage and analyze customer information for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Clear communication of information and actionable insights to cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Support other marketing and sales enablement efforts and projects as needed.

 

 

Position Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention for detail with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a service mindset and willing to assist with projects that might fall outside of defined role and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong verbal, written and visual communication skills with or without accommodation. Comfortable presenting in small and large group settings.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer data management
  • Some travel required: <10%

 

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 4 or more years of relevant experience
