About the Role
NinjaOne is looking for an experienced and highly organized Manager, Corporate Events EMEA to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our presence at industry events across the region. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, EMEA, you’ll manage a high-performing team of three and oversee a 7-digit annual budget. Your mission is to ensure every trade show and conference delivers strong ROI, elevates brand presence, and drives pipeline growth.
You’ll focus exclusively on trade shows and conferences across key markets, including the UK, Germany, France, Benelux, Nordics, Italy, and Spain—owning the entire event lifecycle from logistics and execution to performance analysis and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of NinjaOne’s trade shows and conferences across EMEA
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 focused on event logistics, coordination, and operations
- Report to the VP of Marketing, EMEA, and align event strategy with regional business objectives
- Own and optimize a 7-digit annual budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and measurable results
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and partnerships to evaluate, prioritize, and staff events
- Oversee all event logistics, including booth design, vendor management, swag coordination, travel, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade show organizers, vendors, and partners
- Define success metrics, track performance (leads, pipeline contribution, engagement), and deliver insightful post-event reports
- Manage trade show inventory, promotional materials, and shipping logistics
- Coordinate online components of in-person events or virtual trade show participation when needed
About You
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B trade shows or conferences—preferably in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity
- Proven ability to manage budgets (7-digit annually) and deliver high-ROI event programs
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong eye for detail
- Analytical mindset—you thrive on defining KPIs, tracking metrics, and driving improvements
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or event platform experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel 15–40% across EMEA (especially in spring and autumn)
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Experience in the MSP or IT software industry is a plus
