About the Role:
Ness Digital Engineering is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to build and scale a high-performing ServiceNow consulting practice. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on expert who can architect, implement, and lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and Change & Release Management solutions while integrating them with DevOps ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceNow expert with deep technical and leadership experience, capable of driving large-scale transformations and establishing best practices for enterprise clients.

This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on expert who can architect, implement, and lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, and Change & Release Management solutions while integrating them with DevOps ecosystems. The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceNow expert with deep technical and leadership experience, capable of driving large-scale transformations and establishing best practices for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Leadership & Strategy: Establish and lead a world-class ServiceNow consulting practice, defining roadmaps, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow-based Change & Release Management solutions with a focus on ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and automation workflows.
- Integration & Automation: Oversee seamless integrations with Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and other ITSM/DevOps tools to create an automated and scalable framework.
- Governance & Best Practices: Define ITIL-compliant processes for Change, Release, and Asset Management, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, IT, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions.
- Team Development: Hire, mentor, and lead a team of ServiceNow experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and solution optimization while ensuring minimal customizations for long-term maintainability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Experience:
- 15+ years in IT Service Management, with 7+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a ServiceNow practice within a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and IT Business Management.
- Extensive experience in process optimization and automation within ServiceNow ecosystems.
Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow Development & Configuration: Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) and low-code automation.
- Customization & Workflows: Experience in UI policies, client scripts, business rules, workflows, flows, notification systems.
- Integration Expertise: Deep experience integrating ServiceNow with Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and other third-party tools via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Enterprise-grade Change & Release Management: Proven ability to design and execute large-scale Change, Release, and Asset Management solutions.
