Description
Ness Digital Engineering is building a high-performing team to execute a comprehensive Change and Release Management Implementation using ServiceNow (SNOW), Atlassian Jira, and other DevOps tools. The project involves delivering a fully automated, integrated solution for a leading client. The roles require deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and leadership in driving ITSM, ITAM, and integration practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow workflows for Change and Release Management in ITSM and ITAM.
- Collaborate with architects to define and implement efficient configurations for scalable solutions.
- Develop reusable configurations, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to developers and engineers on ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced configuration issues.
Key Skills
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Professional Experience:
- 7+ years in IT Service Management, including extensive hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Lead/Senior Engineer.
- expertise in ServiceNow architecture, specializing in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, IT Business Management, and IT Operations Management.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations, prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality with minimal customizations.
- Advanced skills in ServiceNow scripting languages: JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.
- Experience in building custom applications, enhancing modules, and developing tailored solutions to meet business requirements.
- Expertise in UI policies, client scripts, business rules, workflows, flows, and notification systems.
Integration Skills:
- Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools such as Atlassian, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in API integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server for secure and seamless data transfers.
- Skilled in managing inbound/outbound integrations, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
Process and Workflow Optimization:
- Deep understanding of ITIL v4 processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Asset Management.
- Proven ability to streamline and optimize workflows, service catalogs, and automation for improved operational efficiency.
- Expertise in lifecycle management, data normalization, and reducing technical debt within ServiceNow implementations.
ServiceNow Module Expertise:
- ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and Integration Hub.
- Designing and implementing enterprise-grade workflows for Change and Release Management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
