Senior Salesforce Administrator

Primary Job Duties

· Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment.

· Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging flow and Salesforce Platform Capabilities.

· Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineerss to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset.

· Partner with Product Management teams to help define our Product Roadmap of with Salesforce capabilities in mind.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

● Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator

● Salesforce.com Admin (Admin II, and Platform App Builder required) certified.

● Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

● Expertise in the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

● Expertise of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.

● Expert data management abilities

● A strong demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

● Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environments.

● Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

● Strong ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

● Expert understanding of Salesforce Limits and capabilities.

● Knowledge of basic GIT commands and Experience in the use of GIT based version control (GitHub)

Education & Years of Experience

● 5+ Years experience as Salesforce.com Administrator

● Salesforce.com Admin II Certified

● Salesforce.com Platform App Builder Certified

Preferred Skills

Experience with the implementation and/or maintenance of Bullhorn for Salesforce “Recruitment Cloud.”
Experience with Data 360 as a Salesforce integration platform
Boomi Experience managing and extending integrations with Salesforce.com Platform
Sales Cloud and Developer certifications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward.
A solution oriented positive attitude and approach to the work
Able to work independently on assigned tasks and leading a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgement in decision making.
Experience in mentoring other Administrators and Engineers in Platform capabilities and limits.
