*THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION AND LOCATION IS FLEXIBLE WITHIN THE U.S.*

Position Responsibilities

  • Approve and enter revenue into system accordance with financially approved contracts and addendums.  Comply with all SOX regulations.
  • Validate daily sales revenue report for senior management.
  • Provide sales with timelines/additional costs for late programs.  Review necessary approvals/documentation is secured.
  • Assist Sales teams with finalizing order details at cycle close, ensuring all deadlines are met to drive supply chain efficiencies.
    • Manage order revisions; communicate all changes to the supply chain.
    • Facilitate survey instructions and create jump-logic.  Ensure all required program information is included and approved. 
    • Set up programming schedules in Field Handheld system; ensure instructions are accurate in an effort to ensure high compliance. 
    • Participate in projects as required.

    Position Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related preferred.
    • 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment/supply chain/operations preferred.
    • Exceptional project management skills with strong analytical and proactive problem solving ability.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure accurate and timely task completion. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to alter style, to ensure understanding with various communication styles and modalities.
    • Ability to work effectively, both independently, and as a member of a team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Self-starter, with high initiative and comfort level in asking questions and learning from others.
    • Solid understanding of supply chain management.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
