NeoGenomics is looking for a Facilities Coordinator who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is an onsite position with a Monday – Friday, day shift.

Position Summary: 
The primary goal of the Facilities Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the company with a primary focus on the Facilities Department.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate physical space functions for space planning including space inventory, space assignments, and physical moves
  • Coordinate Facilities third party vendors (Janitorial, Security, etc.) and building property management with scheduling repair and service calls
  • Front desk service support
  • Complete general facilities service tickets and maintain site ticket system
  • Process and coordinate all tasks for purchase orders, vendor payments, order placements, and receiving functions, etc.
  • Maintain purchase order request dashboard, Facilities work ticket system, vendor inventory, and department contracts
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years as an administrative assistant is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in typing and working in MS office programs

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $19.00 - $33.00 Per Hour, Plus Annual Bonus

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
