NeoGenomics is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the Operations team who wants to learn to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a remote position with a Monday – Friday, day shift.

Position Summary:
As a Project Coordinator you will lead administrative and entry-level project tasks that aid in determining project objectives, organizing and arranging resources, ensuring smooth pace, and on-time delivery of assigned initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools
- Track progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items
- Develop and distribute project status reports and dashboards for leadership
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 or more years of experience in project coordination with healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, or related field preferred
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar) proficiently
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with both business teams and stakeholders
- Engage with technical and non-technical personnel successfully
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $56,000.00 - $84,000.00 Annually, Plus Bonus
