Position Summary:
The Associate Director will report directly to the Director of Clinical Strategic Marketing and collaborate closely with the several cross functional partners. The role will develop a clear and differentiated strategy and position for the Clinical business within the target market, identify product and service needs, and develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies, campaigns, and tactics for the Clinical business to support the achievement of revenue and profitability in the short and long term
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the team members and support the development of Clinical
- marketing strategies, including objectives and tactics, tools and budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key insights that will inform the
- strategy and tactics while helping guide sales execution
- Develop, refine, and maintain relevant segmentation and persona for proper sales execution
- and downstream marketing tools
- Assist with the development and execution of a Clinical marketing plan that includes tactics,
- events, digital marketing, lead generation, and sponsorships
- Work with the Director of Analytics and Insights to deliver market intel and analytics
- Collaborate with PM to prioritize new products and develop a roadmap based on market
- analysis, phase I, II, and III drug development, and competitive insights
- Assist with VOC that will inform both product management and strategic marketing
- Develop optimal solutions based on the needs of the clinical industry and where NeoGenomics can deliver the most value
- Work with the digital, social and creative teams to deliver meaningful marketing campaigns and sales assets
- Measure ROI on campaigns to ensure optimization of budget
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related scientific field required
- MBA degree strongly preferred
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience in laboratory, clinical, or life science fields
- Track record of progression with a company
- Clinical experience required
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset
- The ability to absorb and synthesize complex technical information
- Demonstrated accountability, an ability to manage complex projects on time
- Excel and PowerPoint proficient
- Marketing Cloud proficiency

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $147,562 - $184,453 + annual bonus
In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
