Position Summary:

As the Director of Investor Relations you will work with the CEO, CFO and other organization leaders to establish and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies. You will also assist with market research & competitive intelligence. In addition you'll monitor stock market activity for NeoGenomics and peer companies, keep senior leadership informed of market movements and events. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CEO, CFO and other senior business leaders to develop investor messaging
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key investors and sell-side analysts
  • Update and maintain investor presentation
  • Maintain and periodically update investor relations website and branding materials
  • Prepare quarterly earnings deliverables, including earnings releases, conference call scripts, and other supporting documentation.
  • Prepare or review SEC filings
  • Oversee scheduling and logistics related to investor conferences, meetings, office visits and roadshows
  • Assist with ad-hoc business analytics

Experience & Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience: MBA or other business qualification preferred
  • 5 + years of progressive investor experience, preferably in public healthcare or diagnostic companies strongly preferred
  • Sharp mind with strong analytical and numeric skills, proficient in financial modeling and analysis
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Desire and ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
