Position Summary:

 

The Operations Coordinator performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties that require broad and comprehensive experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and PowerPoint presentations
  • Facilitate daily operations meetings and monthly AV site leadership meetings, documenting key metrics and issues and distributing them to team members or senior leadership as appropriate
  • Create and manage Oracle requisitions, receive invoices in Oracle, and serve as the key requestor for lab operations requisitions for all divisions
  • Handle charges on the company credit card and create Concur expense reports
  • Review and process all client credit requests in the Salesforce Incident Operational Review queue
  • Manage a complex calendar involving both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate various executive and departmental meetings
  • Facilitate site tours for internal and external visitors, as requested
  • Provide administrative support to guests at the AV site
  • Assist with meeting planning as needed
  • Attend department meetings and company in-service training to enhance knowledge

 

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a high-paced healthcare setting.
  • Requires a high level of professionalism and integrity due to the frequency of senior-level internal and external contacts
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with excellent calendar management skills
  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-directed, and well-organized individual with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $27.60 - $47.61 hourly, plus bonus

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
