Position Summary:
The Corporate Litigation Paralegal supports in-house counsel across a diverse range of legal matters, including class actions, wage and hour disputes, intellectual property litigation, regulatory agency actions, and high-value contractual matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires a strong foundation in litigation procedures, excellent legal drafting skills, and comfort managing sensitive, high-impact matters with minimal oversight. The Corporate Paralegal plays a key role in coordinating with outside counsel, managing case calendars and filings, and supporting strategic legal initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and revise pleadings, discovery responses, legal correspondence, motions, and declarations
- Perform legal and factual research related to employment, IP, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters
- Assist with management of class action litigation, including coordination of discovery responses and claim documentation
- Track and manage litigation and administrative agency calendars (state, federal, and international)
- Coordinate responses to subpoenas and inquiries from agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, OSHA, FDA, and similar bodies
- Assist with document preservation, e-discovery, and production efforts in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Support deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management
- Monitor relevant litigation dockets and assist in compiling and analyzing legal data and filings
- Assist in reviewing and drafting complex commercial agreements, including vendor, services, technology, and licensing agreements
- Draft and finalize employment-related documents such as separation agreements, settlement agreements, NDAs, and employment contracts
- Help manage and revise legal templates to ensure compliance with legal and jurisdictional requirements
Experience, Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 or more years of litigation paralegal experience, with demonstrated work on class actions, employment litigation, or IP matters required
- Experience supporting litigation in multiple jurisdictions and/or in regulated industries is preferred
- Prior work in a law firm or in-house legal department preferred
- Strong drafting skills for litigation and contractual documents
- Proficiency with litigation support platforms and court filing systems (state and federal)
- Working knowledge of civil procedure rules in federal courts and other key jurisdictions
- Excellent legal research capabilities using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and state agency databases
- High attention to detail, judgment, and discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with matter management tools a plus
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Travel: Minimal Travel Required (Up to 10%)

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $77,294 – $100,000
In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
