NeoGenomics has an opening for an Oracle EPM Solution Architect who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is an remote, Monday – Friday, Day shift position.

Position Summary:

The Oracle EPM Solution Architect will support the Oracle EPM module and EPM data integrations at NeoGenomics, including but not limited to Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (ePBCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, and EPM systems, with significant experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will partner with internal stakeholders, identify and recommend functional and technological solutions to improve business processes, enhance planning and forecasting functionality, and meet reporting requirements. Additionally, this position will perform functional tasks of medium-to-high technological complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure ePBCS operates and meets FP&A objectives, including support, maintenance, testing, and developing functional/technical specifications
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support all EPM modules and solutions (currently only ePBCS)
  • Configure ePBCS Oracle EPM modules with a specific focus on the Workforce & Capital Planning and Financials modules
  • Build, troubleshoot, and maintain Metadata Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Data Loads, and Batch Automation Scripts
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the Oracle data load processes (ad hoc requests and scheduled loads), data validation, and addressing load issues
Experience & Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or in Business with Information Technology experience
  • Applied experience in organizations with 1,000 employees and with complex enterprise integrations
  • Three years’ experience of Cloud-based ERP
  • Five years’ implementation and configuration experience with the Oracle EPM Cloud Applications, including Essbase administration or Hyperion Planning
  • Demonstrated understanding of multi-dimensional database management
  • Familiar with core business processes, including but not limited to, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and HRIS systems
  • Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions
  • Ability to plan and manage concurrent tasks, assignments, projects

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $92,604.80 - $159,743.28 Plus Bonus
