NeoGenomics is looking for a Sample Management/Data Entry Lead Administrator (Lead Project Support Administrator) based out of our UK site who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.
This opening covers at Tuesday-Saturday shift.

Position Summary:
The Project Support Lead works under little or no supervision to support Pharma Services projects and demonstrates proficiency in all Core Responsibilities of Pharma Administrator Levels I and II; including but not limited to the following duties, accessioning specimens received, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, participating in sample data management including performance of quality control checks of data entries, providing reports to study sponsors, transferring data, shipping samples and archiving samples and documentation. Additionally, this position will support the supervisor by providing employee training, assisting the supervisor to prepare daily/weekly work assignments, develop, monitor department metrics, as well as mentoring team members.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Accessioning or similar experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and maintain production and quality standards
- Must be able to work in a biohazard environment and comply with safety policies and standards outlined in the Safety Manual.
- Demonstrates desired level of competence in job functions
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and solid skills in special handling of cases
