Position Summary:

The Senior, Learning & Organizational Development Specialist will drive business success by shaping and evolving Neo’s culture and workforce capabilities. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing programs and processes that foster high performance, employee growth, and a culture of inclusion. As a key member of the Learning & Organizational Development team, the Senior Specialist will contribute across various specialty areas, taking a leadership role in several of them. The ideal candidate is a proactive change agent, passionate about optimizing organizational performance and creating a best-in-class employee experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance management process, including rolling out recent changes and evolving our process to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices
  • Develop and deploy processes to support career development and internal mobility, ensuring clear pathways for employee advancement
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by encouraging the creation of Individual Development Plans and maximizing the use of available learning opportunities
  • Support initiatives focused on DEI&B, including our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Diversity Council, to foster an inclusive workplace
  • Support the development of talent management strategies that identify and nurture promotable talent throughout the organization
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement
  • Lead and support special projects of varying scope in alignment with business requirements, ensuring successful execution and impact
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the Learning & Organizational Development team

 

Experience and Required Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems
  • Experience creating and deploying career development processes such as career pathing, promotion processes, identification of high-potential employees, individual development planning, and 360 feedback
  • Demonstrated commitment to and experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday

 

Travel:  Less than 10%

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $85615 – $147,687

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
