Recruitment Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with HR leadership and department managers to identify non-clinical staffing priorities.
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with the hospital’s HR Strategic Plan.
  • Incorporate quality improvement and customer service principles into recruitment initiatives.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
  • Source candidates for administrative, technical, and support roles (finance, IT, HR, facilities, patient services, etc.).
  • Build relationships with local colleges, professional associations, and community organizations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and digital platforms.
Process Management
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Ensure employment offers are complete and accurate, including confirmation letters, benefits information, and pre-employment requirements.
Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work with HR staff to update position descriptions and organizational charts as needed.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with hospital policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention rates).
 
Recruitment Marketing & Branding
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to develop recruitment materials consistent with hospital branding.
  • Evaluate advertising opportunities and design cost-effective campaigns for specialized non-clinical positions.
  • Represent the hospital at career fairs, community events, and professional networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of non-clinical hospital roles and workforce needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
