• Driving new business acquisition and growing key accounts
• Developing and executing a segment growth strategy
• Managing opportunities from first contact through to onboarding
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and improving margin
• Working closely with sales, estimating, production and customer service teams
• Using Salesforce to manage pipeline, activity and forecast.

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
  Confident communicator and relationship builder
  Highly organised, self-motivated and proactive
  Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
