The Customer Service Team delivers MCC’s World Class Service model by providing clear, concise and timely information regarding our customers purchase orders and shipments. This requires obtaining and utilizing an in depth knowledge of our customer’s and products that we produce for them. This will be achieved by demonstrating analytical thinking, comprehending the use of Fort Dearborn’s business systems and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily relationship with the assigned client portfolio – via ERP system, email, or phone.
- Receive and process orders in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
- Calculate prices and monitor the profitability of the clients in the portfolio.
- Prepare analyses and reports – responsible for their accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze and manage inventory; actively participate in regular stocktaking.
- Mainly office-based activity – physical presence at the factory is required.
Qualifications:
- Completed higher education, preferably in the economic field.
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Experience in customer relations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize and clearly convey information both internally (colleagues) and externally (clients).
- Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proactive mindset: capable of bringing forward suggestions and improvement initiatives.
