We are hiring a full-time SEO Analyst to join our corporate marketing team in Grand Rapids, MI. This position is onsite only—remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies for website content and structure
  • Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis
  • Manage technical SEO tools: sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools
  • Build and manage link-building campaigns
  • Analyze backlink profiles and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Google Analytics team to interpret and act on web performance data
  • Research and recommend tools for SEO and social media improvement
  • Stay current with SEO and digital marketing trends
  • Work closely with other marketing team members to meet department goals

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • SEO certification
  • 1–3 years of professional or internship experience in SEO/SEM
  • Proficiency in:
    • SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner
    • Basic HTML/CSS
    • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with Google’s Webmaster Guidelines
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus

  • $50,000 – $57,000/year (Based on Experience)
