What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform skilled carpentry work, including repairs and installations of wood, drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures in residential properties.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to specifications.
- Assist with unit renovations, including cabinetry, trim, and other finish carpentry tasks.
- Diagnose and resolve structural and cosmetic issues in rental units.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Ability to demonstrate technical skills during the interview process
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
