🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Generate and distribute daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad hoc reports
- Maintain reporting schedules and cadences with precision
- Communicate key insights clearly to stakeholders and department leaders
- Manage and update property, employee, and investor data in Yardi and internal systems
- Support the annual budgeting process for multifamily properties
- Identify and implement process improvements with our data team
- Provide cross-departmental support when time allows
- Deliver excellent internal customer service to field teams
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Real Estate, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience (job or internship) in a reporting or data analysis role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- Familiarity with property management/accounting software preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and data organization
- A passion for data, reporting, and process optimization
