Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft, automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.
Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
Position Summary:
Mini-Circuits is expanding our Marketing & Communications organization to meet ambitious growth targets and support our evolving business unit structure. As part of this transformation, we’re introducing a new Brand Manager role dedicated to our Diversified Business Unit (DBU), which encompasses a broad portfolio of RF/microwave components and subsystems for test applications and integrated system assemblies.
The Brand Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the DBU product management team and the Marcoms organization. In this role, you will translate business objectives into integrated go-to-market programs that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable impact on demand generation and revenue. You will work closely with product managers who live and breathe the technology — and partner with creative, digital, content, events, and documentation experts to bring compelling stories, campaigns, and customer value propositions to life. You will measure and analyze campaign performance data, web analytics and KPIs to understand tactical effectiveness, identify new opportunities, and steer future campaigns toward increasingly valuable outcomes.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary marketing partner and liaison to the Diversified Business Unit, owning the BU marketing communications strategy and annual tactical plan.
- Translate DBU business objectives, product roadmaps, and market opportunities into integrated go-to-market campaigns.
- Facilitate regular planning and alignment meetings between Product Management and Marcoms teams.
- Prioritize and allocate marketing resources across creative, digital, content, events, and documentation based on business unit needs and expected impact.
Brand & Campaign Management
- Develop core messaging frameworks, value propositions, and audience segmentation for DBU product families.
- Lead campaign planning, creative brief development, and execution across channels including web, email, social, paid media, events, and partner co-marketing.
- Oversee content strategies for product launches, technical education, customer stories, and thought leadership.
- Ensure all DBU marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with sales goals and Mini-Circuits' quality standards.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Maintain familiarity with DBU sales KPIs and support Sales with materials and insights to accelerate opportunities.
- Regularly report results to Marketing and Product leadership, incorporating insights to optimize future planning.
Operational Excellence
- Manage timelines, deliverables and cross-team workflows, ensuring efficient execution of projects in a matrix environment.
- Partner with the documentation team and product management to ensure website, datasheets, and collateral are high-quality, up-to-date, and optimized for buyer needs.
- Contribute to improving internal processes, MarTech utilization, and the overall BU-Marcoms operating model.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives, negotiating priorities between working groups to achieve alignment and influence shared success between the marketing organization and business unit clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or liberal arts
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial technology, electronics, test & measurement, components, or related technical sectors.
- Experience managing large or complex product portfolios (hundreds or thousands of SKUs) strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a brand manager, product marketing, or full-stack marketing role within a matrixed organization is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into clear, compelling messaging.
- Proficiency with MarTech and analytics platforms, such as website CMS tools, eCommerce platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, marketing automation workflows, PIM systems, and project management platforms.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing planning across digital, content, creative, and events.
- Comfortable navigating complex, technical product ecosystems and collaborating with engineering-minded stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence without authority across teams and functions.
- Strong organizational skills; adept at managing competing priorities and driving projects to completion.

- Genuine interest in science, engineering, RF/microwave technology, or adjacent technical fields a plus
- Continuing education in marketing strategy, design, project management, digital marketing, data science/analysis, and/or applied artificial intelligence all a plus
