Role Summary

MetaPhase is seeking a C-Suite Intern currently enrolled in a college graduate program.  The C-Suite Shadowing Internship at MetaPhase Consulting offers a unique opportunity for graduate students to gain firsthand experience and insights into the strategic decision-making processes and leadership dynamics at the executive level. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to observe and learn from members of the C-suite, including the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Finance and other key executives, across various functional areas.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program, preferably with a focus on business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential, with a genuine interest in learning about executive-level roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex information, synthesize key insights, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative, learn new concepts, and contribute to meaningful projects and discussions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Shadowing C-Suite Members: Observe and actively participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions led by members of the C-suite, gaining insight into their roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
  • Strategic Projects: Assist in research, analysis, and planning for strategic initiatives and projects under the guidance of C-suite executives, contributing to the development and implementation of key business strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different departments and functional areas to support cross-functional projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to various aspects of the organization's operations and strategic priorities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to C-suite executives, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning processes.
  • Professional Development: Engage in networking opportunities, mentorship sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance your leadership skills, business acumen, and understanding of executive-level roles and responsibilities.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects and assignments as directed by C-suite executives, providing valuable support and contributing to the overall success of the internship experience.
