Jose Ayala, Operations Manager

Career Path: Jose started his career with MedSpeed as a Customer Service Agent in our Control Center, where he later earned his promotion to Control Center Supervisor. He also has had roles supporting our Implementation team, that led him to his current role of Operations Manager.

"What we do here for our community is very important. I think about our customers and the patients we ultimately deliver health to. One day, I might be that patient on the other end that needs that medical transportation."

Jarrell Cooper, General Manager

Career Path: Jarrell joined MedSpeed as a Logistic Service Representative where he excelled in the role. Due to this performance Jarrell moved up quickly in responsibility and is a General Manager overseeing one of our larger Mid-Atlantic markets.

Glenna Winker, General Manager

Career Path: Glenna was brought on to MedSpeed as an Operations Supervisor. She has had a successful track record since she has been with us, and now is a General Manager leading our markets in Washington.

Adam Biernacki, Regional Director - Illinois & Wisconsin Operations

Career Path: Adam joined MedSpeed as an Operations Supervisor for Elmhurst. He then transitioned to the role of implementation supervisor and then implementation manager. With all his experience on the field, he became a perfect fit for Director of Field Services. From there he was promoted to Senior General Manager of Illinois Operations and is now Regional Director for all of Illinois and Wisconsin Operations.
