High-Volume Recruiter – 1099 Contract Opportunity
Must be located in the follow areas and must be willing to visit a MedSpeed hub in your area once a month: New Brunswick, NJ, Eden Prairie MN, Rochester, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Phoenix, AZ.

MedSpeed is building a bench of experienced high-volume recruiters who can provide additional recruiting capacity during periods of increased hiring demand, business growth, or new market launches. 

This is a great opportunity for independent recruiting professionals who can quickly step in, manage candidate pipelines, and help keep hiring moving during focused assignments.

How the Engagement Works 

This is an intermittent, temporary 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Recruiters selected for our bench may be contacted as business needs arise. 

Scope, duration, compensation, and deliverables will be established before each assignment. Joining the bench does not guarantee immediate or ongoing work, and contractors may accept or decline assignments based on availability.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support high-volume recruiting for frontline field positions.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, recruiting platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and move qualified candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our applicant tracking system.
  • Partner closely with MedSpeed’s recruiting team to provide additional capacity and keep candidate pipelines moving.
  • Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

What We’re Looking For 

  • At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn our roles, processes, and recruiting systems.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple active candidates and openings.
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Jobvite experience is a plus.
