Growth Prospecting Specialist
• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through personalized one-to-one outreach, targeted account research, and strategic prospecting.
• Engage prospective customers through tailored email and digital outreach designed to generate meaningful conversations.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting cold prospects into warm, sales-ready leads.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team and help influence the creation of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth account and contact research to identify decision-makers and high-potential prospects.
• Partner closely with marketing and sales to support lead generation campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and other strategic growth efforts.
• Track prospect engagement, monitor campaign performance, and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
• Serve as the primary administrator and power user for Dreamdata and ZoomInfo, ensuring data integrity, platform optimization, and effective use across the commercial organization.
• Leverage technology and sales intelligence tools to improve prospecting efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within CRM and sales and marketing enablement platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create personalized, compelling outreach.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-value prospects and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and maintaining accurate customer and prospect data.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging technology, automation, and sales intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Dreamdata, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement tools is highly preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven by measurable results.
