MediaCom was recently awarded the global AOR assignment for Uber.

Our role is to help the Uber business grow and “glocalize” the future of Media: ensure its local and global team members are integrating and connecting with agility, and delivering best-in-class marketing experiences to its consumers across its growing range of businesses.

With 100 plus team members, multiple lines of business, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a Project Manager to manage this complexity with high organization, collaboration, and agility, with a special emphasis in working with our Data Strategy & Analytics team. 

Objective:

This role will have a critical part in ensuring consistent and quality outputs across multiple high-profile deliverables, setting priorities, and creating a collaborative environment. They will serve as a key link between the US & CA Data/Analytics team and our client.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and remote Engineering team. 
  • Proactively manage and maintain positive relationships across diverse client list. 
  • Work closely with analytics, client and planning teams to identify new opportunities for data reporting efficiencies and solutions. 
  • Effectively and accurately translate business requirements into technical requirements. 
  • Work directly with engineers and project managers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality. 
  • Work with team leadership to implement standardization and best practices to improve overall team structure. 
  • Troubleshoot and QA issues with data and reports.

  • Strong critical thinking skills – the ability to infer and ‘read between the lines’. 
  • A team player who is willing to pitch in to get the job done. 
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality output. 
  • Experience working with and gaining buy-in from C-suite and executive leadership. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 

 

Key Requirements:

  •        3+ years of digital media experience a plus.  
  •        Client Management or Client Success experience a plus. 
  •        Experience working directly with individuals from Marketing Analytics/Marketing Insights/Platform Strategy/Audience Planning/Data Science teams.
