Dedicated Business Analyst We are immediately hiring for an Dedicated Business Analyst in North Little Rock, AR to provide detailed analysis and business models to reflect the revenue activity, audit revenue files and work with customer contacts on resolving outstanding account issues. If your background includes Accounting, Finance, Business Management and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply! 
Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational data to compile weekly excel invoices and deliver to the customer in a timely manner. Work with operations and IT to ensure data integrity and accuracy of information.
  •  Develop and maintain audit processes for assigned invoicing and revenue tables. Perform various weekly and monthly audit checks on revenue history and ability to adhere to a month end deadline.
  •  Must utilize down time to develop key skills associated with improving accuracy and efficiency, including expanding SQL and Excel abilities as well as furthering knowledge of dedicated operations.

Duties
  • Customer point of contact for all aspects of account reconciliation. Manage Account Receivables report for assigned customers.
  • Work with Sales, Operations, and IT to develop the invoicing process for new dedicated accounts, ensuring that the contract is adhered to and that the customer's unique specifications are met.
