Enterprise Project Manager We are immediately hiring for an Enterprise Project Manager in North Little Rock, AR.  The responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to, supporting the Enterprise Technology (i.e., HR, Finance Systems, CRM, etc.) in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.  If your background or education includes 5 to 10 years of these area of experience and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Lead execution of program and project work plans/timelines and integrated activity plans with milestones/goals, key events, risks/assumptions, and scenarios, as appropriate.  Recognize, track, and manage project scope changes.
  • Identify potential risks early, take proactive steps to mitigate them, and communicate their impact to stakeholders effectively.
  • Plan and navigate large-scale changes with a deep understanding of change management stages and strategies.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations by strategizing the best path forward and gaining alignment from key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, executing projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.  Monitor workstream and program metrics to measure program success
  • Effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to various audiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  IT industry work experience of 5-10 years related experience and/or training.  Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
