GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Supervises and coordinates the maintenance requirements established for all third-party providers. Develops supports and enforces policies, company goals and objectives by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors and staff assigned. Travels to required geographical location (AL, TN, GA and FL) for identification of appropriate service provider.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Required to maintain compliance requirements for Federal DOT, OSHA and EPA regulations for each facility assigned, by studying, interpreting and implementing existing and new regulations, then meet with supplier to document said compliance. Develop required supplier standards needed to meet expectations defined by Maverick maintenance management team.
2. Develop Supplier score card, as well as measurement criteria that will be used quarterly to identify satisfaction level. Required to maintain compliance programs by scheduling and assigning regular inspections for all assigned locations. Reviews results with facility supervisor and develops contingency plans that will ensure compliance. Appraises performance, coaches, counsels, rewards, and disciplines employees. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending and participating in appropriate training. Ensure company confidentiality
3. Advises facility supervisor of all employee performance verbally as well as through the use of appropriate forms. Assist in coordination of work schedules as required by Maintenance coordinator to ensure completeness and efficiency of equipment/driver utilizations is maintained. Ensures adequate inventory levels are established by maintenance location to ensure equipment/driver utilization is maintained.
4. Maintains the PM program by coordinating the work load with staffing requirements for each repair location. Develop location specific yearly throughput measurements goals. Then meet with appropriate personal at supplier location to ensure the success of established goals. Required to perform asset inspections to ensure quality of work.
5. Required to perform customer satisfaction survey to ensure supplier performance meets required standards. Provide monthly updates of said action plans to Supervisor. Responsible for working with Supervisor on the preparation of yearly budget for area of responsibility. Required to submit budget adjustments monthly to supervisor. Required to develop key performance measurements by supplier to be tracked yearly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer a broad knowledge of such fields as basic accounting, computer, etc. Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting. Also may have exposure at times to the outside weather elements.
