Human Resources Compliance Manager We are immediately hiring for a Human Resources Compliance Manager within our Human Resources Department. If your background or education includes managing HR compliance functions, developing compliance corporate training initiatives and you have excellent customer service skills, please apply! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for staying current on Federal, State and any Local law changes impacting the areas of privacy, HR, Leave and any other HR related areas.
  • Manage and maintain the company policies.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing required corporate compliance training strategies.
  • Assists with employee relation issues and investigations.
  • Responsible for responding to unemployment claims and ensuring company confidentiality. 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer a four-year college degree with an emphasis in a related field to the position plus 5 – 10 years related experience and/or training and 1 – 5 years previous management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
