Job Title: 2026 Ballpark Operations - Fielder
Department: Ballpark Operations
Reports To: Manager, Ballpark Operations
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Primary Objective: Contribute to guests' exceptional experiences at the ballpark by distributing promotional items at assigned locations and leading various attractions located throughout the ballpark.

We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills to work the season at T-Mobile Park in an exciting and inclusive working environment. T- Mobile Park will host 81 Mariners games in 2025 and a variety of concerts and special events. We offer a fun, flexible, part time schedule, with a required availability commitment of 50% of all Mariners home games.

Essential Functions:
- Welcome guests to the ballpark with energy, excitement, and friendly demeanor.
- Support promotional item distribution: welcome and energize guests, organize and distribute promotional items at gates and select areas throughout the ballpark.
- Support Guest Experience team as needed; checking for broken seats, acting as aisle hosts/ticket takers/breakers, assisting with wheelchair runs, etc.
- Support Ops Crew and Warehouse team as needed: inventory, assisting special events
- Adhere to rules regarding promotions given to exclusive/specific groups. Independently lead attraction operations, including:
- Leading Speed Pitch Operations: by managing the overall attraction operation, handling card machine and settlements,
- Leading Kids Corner: greeting guests, assuring safe practices are being upheld in batting cages, tracking equipment inventory, calling in Found and/or Found Children,
- Leading Kids Club operations: issuing club passes, assuring all booths are stocked and supplied with giveaways, teaching/troubleshooting the Kids Club sign-up process with prospective members, effectively communicating with Mariners guests, working with the Mariners Marketing team to perform other Kids Club duties as assigned,
- Leading Playfield area: Ensuring the play area stays at or just under capacity, and all kids have a fun and safe time on our equipment, calling in any housekeeping needs
- Will perform all attraction functions independently, with the ability to multi-task duties simultaneously.
- Greet guests with a positive, professional and helpful demeanor upon arrival and departure of the ballpark; offer assistance including directions, wristbanding, and orientation to specific location as needed
- Monitor assigned area at all times; be on constant watch for injuries that may result from a foul ball, a home run ball, a slip and fall, etc.
- Proactively identify issues or guest concerns and address with management.
- Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings and training.
- Will perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age. 18 years of age or older preferred. Previous experience in a customer-driven environment preferred.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
· Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Must be available for large scale events throughout the calendar year that require full staffing levels including concerts and all Saturday home games. Outdoor work environment, subject to fluctuation in temperatures, exposure to the sun and elements.
· Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of a baseball game or event.
· Safely move boxes, equipment, or other items. May include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and using equipment such as hand carts and pallet jacks.
· Must be able to independently move up to 30lbs and 50lbs with a partner frequently.
