Description: Manage new products industrialization, launch and modifications introduction activities from concept to early life production, ensuring best manufacturability, cost, quality and time to market targets achievement . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Define and maintain in collaboration with B.L. Process Engineering Manager the Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization & Launch Milestones and Activities Standard Guidelines accordingly to WCE and WCM Methodologies (EPM – WPI - EEM).
- Plan and Coordinate in collaboration with B.L. Process Engineering Manager and Plant Process Engineers the implementation of the Simultaneous Engineering Industrialization & Launch Milestones and Activities focused to achieve the New Product Launch Quality and Transformation Cost Targets within the Program Timeline.
- Guarantee the implementation of new Product / Process Simultaneous Engineering since the Early Product’s Design Phases supporting BL Process Engineering Managers and Plant Process Engineers in guaranteeing Product Manufacturability and Quality trough the front loading of Mfg. Standards / BP/DFA/DFM
- Monitor the New Product Simultaneous Engineering, Industrialization and Launch EPM – WPI - EEM activities execution and application to Manufacturing Processes to achieve targeted results
- Guarantee jointly with B.L. Process Engineering Manager and Plant Process Engineers the introduction of the major Product / Process Changes required by Customer on New Product Development and Launch phases
- Contribute to the definition and the respect of New Product production ramp up curve in all product development phases supporting BL Process Engineers and Plant Process Engineers to solve product / process issues impacting the execution of the industrial plan

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: - Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical degree (5 years of experience working as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in in the field setting can be substituted for the degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of directly relevant working experience,1 year minimum in the area
- Quality and environmental systems
- Problem solving techniques
- Communication techniques
- Knowledge of computer packages (MS OFFICE)
- Lean manufacturing and his tools
- Project Management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
