The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Administrator to join our RTA team as part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman.

 

The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide. As part of our Cayman team you will:

 

  • will be responsible for setting up investors and related parties, entering orders for subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers, dividend payments and NAVs, as well as processing wire payments and indexing emails.

 

What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

 

  • will have at least three years’ direct experience working in shareholder services and understand local confidentiality, anti-money laundering and relevant regulatory FATCA/CRS requirements;
  • will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • overtime at short notice, including at weekends, may be required;
  • this post requires attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organizational and communication skills.
