The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Cayman team as part of our financial services business in Cayman.
The Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Since then we have grown to become one of the largest employers in Cayman, where colleagues from all over the world collaborate to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide.
The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead and supports recruitment activities across the region, while also lending support to other locations as needed. The responsibilities feed into our objective of delivering a superior TA experience, and will collaborate with colleagues on supporting key recruitment activities and projects to enhance performance of the function.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Support the TA team with the smooth running of an interview process from start to finish with both internal stakeholders, operations and external parties
- Post Maples job adverts for positions on a regional scale, maintaining a weekly jobs audit
- Review and update candidate data required within the Applicant Tracking System ("ATS"), including salary and benefits
- Help to coordinate the annual Cayman careers fair, and other regional events as needed.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of immigration processes and local labor laws
- Assisting with the smooth running of the Maples internship programme
What You Bring
In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:
- Experience of administration in a corporate environment, ideally within Talent Acquisition or HR
- Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory in order to coordinate with C-Suite Executives within Maples
- Understanding of the Cayman immigration process
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
